Fosroc believes that concrete must be built to last; our protective systems and high-quality repair materials can extend the life of a structure far beyond. Leading cement and epoxy mortars and primers, designed for all types of repair and application methods to help extend the life of structures. This is a concrete repair mortar that is available in a range of variants, specifically for the type of repair work required. Concrete Renovations uses a number of different products for renovation works, and mortar is generally divided into two different groups: cementitious and epoxy.
Fosroc Renderoc GP is a single-component general purpose concrete repair mortar. Suitable for use as rendering or in all types of patch repairs. Alkaline in nature, the repair mortar will provide protection for embedded steel reinforcement and superior resistance to chlorides and carbon dioxide. Renderoc GP is designed for application to vertical or horizontal structures, and the thickness of the mortar repair can be achieved by spray application.
Epoxy concrete also exhibits high compressive, tensile and flexural strength and very good chemical resistance. GP is a general purpose mortar that can be used for all types of patch repairs, while HB can be used for the restoration of large areas of concrete and small localized patch work. For any thickness greater than 50 mm, and if formwork can be provided, epoxy resin based concrete will be very useful. Suitable for use where an excellent level of thermal combability of concrete is required and in structures that require good water repellent qualities.
A medium weight, single component concrete reinstallation repair mortar used for general purpose patch or plaster repairs. Concrete Structure Repairs Where concrete chipping is due to reinforcement corrosion, corroded steel reinforcing bars are treated with epoxy or cement based anticorrosive coatings to stop corrosion on steel before any other repair system is adopted. From minor patch repairs, such as honeycombs in a new construction, to cracks in concrete and chipping of concrete due to corrosion, several products and solutions are required, and these must be easy to apply and exhibit a high strength equal to that of the structural member. While concrete is a durable material, without proper protection it risks damage in certain situations, for example, when temperatures drop.

Fosroc offers a wide range of repair solutions, design support, specification support and on-site application support. Certain concrete structures have deep cracks and the density of concrete can be very low, so injection of a high-strength epoxy material into the concrete mass is required to improve structural strength. Concrete suffers several types of deterioration due to physical, chemical and environmental factors.
